of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public
Buildings.

Gentlemen:
This office has received a request from B. R. Teig of 980
West California Avenue for permission to erect a redwood
louvered type fence not to exceed six feet in height.
Our inspector has checked the site and reports the six
foot portion will start at the northwest corner of Mr.
Teig's lot and run east 49 feet and then north for 29•.7
feet. He could see no objections to this and it is, there-
fore, recommended to the Council for favorable action.

fence,not to exceed six feet in height on property located at 989 West
California Avenue.'
The request is made pursuant to Section 33.05 of the Building Code of
Saint Paul's Legislative Code.
Please find attached a print of a plot plan of,our property indicating
location of house and attached garage, property lines and the proposed
location of the r id-wood fence.
