RESOLPID, That the Coungd l hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer in Rondo Avenue
from-Oxford to Chatsworth Street to MC DONALD -LUBEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9209
of said McDonald -Luben & Associates, Inc. for the contract price of $44,200.00 (plus
$41420.00 Engineering and plus $884.00 Inspection by City Forces) such bid being the
lowest and said McDonald -Luben & Associates, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
