Works of the City of Saint Paul is hereby authorized
and directed to sign for the City of Saint Paul, the
attached petition for vacation of that part of Capitol
Heights Street, bounded on its Westerly line by Lots 10
and 119 Auditor's Subdivision No. 67, and on the East
by the Westerly line of Jackson Street.
