LICENSE AGREEMENT D �'1a38 THfS IS AN AGREEMENT, Dated the 29�' day of November, 2007, between the PORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a public corporation organized under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 469 herein called "Grantor" and fhe City of Saint Paul, a Minnesota municipal corporation, called "Granfee". GRANTOR AND GRANTEE AGREE AS FOLLOWS: Licensed Premises Description a Term Grantor hereby grants fo Grantee a license, subject to al� of the terms and conditions herein, to occupy and use that certain land at fhe Soufhport Indusfrial District, on Barge Channel Rd., Sf. Paul, Minnesota as shown attached hereto as Exhibit "A", herein called "Licensed Premises", beginning November 1, 2007, and continuing until April 31, 2008, unless terminated as hereinafter provided.
