Whereas, the City of Saint Paul, by and througli"-�ts .Depart-
ment of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings, has entered
into a contract with Patsy Wrecking' Co. for Wrecking of Dwelling
and Shed and Removal of Steps, Walks, Miscellaneous Concrete And
Debris at 1032 Sims Avenue, Saint Paul; and
Whereas, that as a part of the General Specifications cer-
tain insurances., to wit: public liability and automobile lia-
bility insurance in specific limits are required,
RESOLVED, that the general specifications which are a part
of said contract may be and hereby are specifically amended inso-
far as the limits of certain insurance policies required there-
under are concerned, and that substituted in place of the in-
surance limits required in'the general specifications shall be
the following limits:
Public liability: $50,000 each person instead of $250,000
$100,000 any one accident instead of $500,000
Property�Damage: $5;000 each accident instead of $150,000
$25,000 aggregate instead of $200,000
t _ Auto Prop. Damage $10.,000 instead of $50,000
RESOLVED FURTHER,. that the proper officers of the City of
Saint -Paul are hereby authorized, in view of the within amend-
ment of said general specifications in relation to this parti-
cular contract, to make payment of the contract sum to Patsy
Wrecking Co.
