In the matter of improving CEDAR STREET from Sixth Street to
Seventh Street by grading, paving, curbing and widening the roadbed;
by reconstructing existing paving, curbing, sidewalks and traffic
control systems where necessary; by constructing storm water drainage
facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections
where necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement were approved by the City
Council under Preliminary Order 207952, approved July 6, 1962, and
Final Order 209536, approved November 6, 1962.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be
and the same are hereby approved and be it further,
Resolved, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
`to advertise for bids,on this improvement.
