and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material (to a width of 20 feet) the East and
West alley in Block 8, Clarke's Addition and Walton's Rearrangement No. 2, from
Victoria Street to the North and South alley
under Preliminary Order 200762 approved February 9, 1961
Intermediary Order W2�70 , approved_ dune 1 i x 190a.
Final Order 202435 , approved duly 11,1961
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 8th
day of May, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court house and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings; as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
