COUNCIL NO.
RESOLVED, That the Office of the Commissioner of
Finance is hereby authorized to accept from R and W Realty Co.
the sum of $14,439.27, representing payment in full for
principal and interest to date on Blocks 3 and 4, South Battle
Creek Heights; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon receipt of said payment the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
prepare and execute deeds conveying the remaining lots in said
Blocks 3 and 4 from the City to R and W Realty Co.
