RESOLVED, that the use of the Theatre section
and of Stem Hall in the Municipal Auditorium on March 4,
5 and 6, 19630 and the use of the Arena section on
March 6, 1963, be given to the Farmers Union Central
Exchange, Inc., for its annual stockholders meeting,
upon payment of $1,000.00, the balance of the cost of
opening and operating on said occasions to be set up in
Auditorium Fund 1021.
