Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excavation for and to maintain under-
ground cable plant with associated laterals to intersecting streets and alleys.
In Jackson Street between Sycamore Street and University Avenue. The under-
ground conduit to be buried on the west side of the street approximately 10'
east of the west property line.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works. The
Telephone Company to pay for cost of publication hereto.
