COMMISSIONER DATE
Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excavation for and to maintain under-
ground cable plant with associated laterals to intersecting streets and alleys.
On the north side of the North Frontage Road between Wabasha and Cedar Streets
the conduit and cable will be buried approximately four feet south of the pro-
posed Minnesota State Highway Department curb on the north side of the street.
The telephone plant will be buried approximately thirty inches.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works. The
Telephone Company to pay for the cost of publication hereto.
