Sir:
As per our recent conversation may I respectfully ask that
a Resolution to the City Council authorizing Mr. Frank Loss,
Commissioner of Parks and Playgrounds to sign a Rezoning
Petition be prepared and submitted to the City Council.
The property in question is described as "Subject to streets, part
of Government Lot 1, West of Northern Pacific Railway Right Of Way
in Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22 and is located
at the Southeast corner of Arlington and English.
The property abutting on the West is Phalen Park City property
and the signature of the Parks and Playgrounds Commissioner is
hereby requested on the petition.
The property abutting on the Fast is ovvn.ed by Northern Pacific
Railway, and has a single track railway on it.
The petition requests rezoning from "A" Residence to "C" Residence
to permit construction of a 7 unit apartment building.
