COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That Roy C. LaBelle be paid the sum of
$2362.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of July 28, 1959, while in the employ of the Department
of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, whereby he suffered
temporary total disability until September 21, 1959, and
25 per cent permanent partial disability to his back;
that said employe has received payment for 10 per cent
disability to his back, and this payment will compensate
for the additional 15 per cent disability.
