WHEREAS, the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul
has requested that the City of Saint Paul deed to it certain
lands acquired by said City through condemnation proceedings `
ratified by Council File No. 1231409, approved July 23, 1941,
Council File No. 157297; approved September 5, 1951, and
Council File No. 157447, approved September 19, 1951, said
lands being necessary for the Riverview Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer of the City of Saint Paul
has approved said transfer and the sale price; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary deed to the following
described parcels of land:
Subject to Nagasaki Road, Lots 2, 3, 11 and 12,
all in Block 11, 3tlwn of Brooklynd; also that
part of Lot 10, Block 11, Town of Brooklynd,
described as follows: Beginning on the westerly
line of said lot 23.5 feet -from the southwest
corner thereof; thence to said southwest corner;
thence easterly along the southerly line of said
lot 107 feet; thence westerly to beginning;
