RESOLVED, That William Rice be paid the sum of $292.50
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of October 5, 1961
while in the employ of the Department of Public Works whereby
he suffered a temporary total disability until November 1,
1961, and 10 per cent permanent partial disability to his
right thumb.
