WHEREAS, the third annual State -Wide Planning Conference,
sponsored by the Minnesota Planning Association and the
Minnesota Department of Business Development will be held
at the Hotel Saint Paul on Monday, March 11, 1963; and
WHEREAS, since the Planning Board of the City of Saint Paul
is the host for said conference, as well as being a member of
said Minnesota Planning Association, it is desired that all
members of the Board attend said conference, in the best
interests of the City and the public as well as of said Con-
ference; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the purposes and objectives of said Planning
Conference and does hereby approve the expenditure of funds
by said City Planning Board to pay costs incurred by members
of said Board attending said Conference, in a total amount
not to exceed $150.00 and in an amount not to exceed $50.00
to defray incidental expenses in connection with said Conference,
all such expenses to be charged to Fund No. 2B3
