_in Luella Street from approximately 300 feet south of Wilson Street
to approximately 325 feet north of Wilson Street; in Hazel Avenue !
from Wilson Street to E. Third Street; in E. Third Street from about
300 feet east of Hazel Avenue to White Bear Avenue; in an Easement
(to be obtained) across lots 4 and 5, block 7, Robert L. Wares
