This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAINS Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6576, approved November 5, 1925, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars, to -wit: that the following subparagraph (c) be and the same hereby is inserted therein immediately after subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 7 of Section 1 of said Ordinance, as amended, and made and constituted the-final subparagraph of said Paragraph 7: "(c) That no such 60 -day limitation nor other time limitation shall apply to any such sale of any such City land which shall embrace any such vacated public street, public alley, or public street approach area not in excess of 6 inches in depth measured street - ward from the platted privately owned lot or block line."
