RESOLVED, that the proper city officers be
be authorized and directed to draw a warrant in the sum of
$205.00, payable to the Clerk of Municipal Court, being a
reinstatgment of bail money forfeited by William D. Bernier
and paid into the city treasury when he failed to appear
on October 26, 1962, to answer charges then pending against
him, the Honorable J. Jerome Plunkett, Judge of the Muni-
cipal Court, upon a proper showing of good cause, having
recommended that said bail money be reinstated.
