On July 27, 1962, Resolution No. C. F. 208348, was approved
by the City Council to permit Ashbach Construction Company to use
city property to construct a temporary concrete.batching plant in
the St. Anthony-Rondo Freeway right -of -way.
On January 16, 1963, the City Clerk's office received a
letter from the Ashbach Construction Company, a photo -copy of
which is attached, stating that due to delay in agreements with
the Highway Department, they found another location for their
temporary plant.
Would you, therefore, kindly prepare a resolution cancelling
the above resolution.
