RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized
and directed to employ Middle West Service Company to render
all necessary rate, accounting, and analytical services
required to examine the proposed fare increase by the Saint
Paul Transit Company and to make recommendations; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said officers are authorized

to make payment for reasonable fe es and expenses of Middle
West Service Company for the aforesaid services.
