Gentlemen:
In accordance with Ordinance No. 11542, the Car Mileage Committee
met January 25, 1963 and passed on the following requests.
DETENTION AND CORRECTIONS AUTHORITY
Mr. Bernard M. Troje, Executive Director, requested C Plan mile-
age, subject to the maximum set out opposite each name, effective
January 1, 1963 for the following:
Jack A. Julin, Clinical Psychologist C -S30
Waldron W. Douglas, Supt. Wkhouse C -$25-
Wayne Johnson, Supt. Totem Town C -$25

It was ascertained that Mr. Hurtley has been transferred and
will not be using his automobile in the performance of his dut-
ies; Mr. Tufte is taking over the duties Mr. Stahnke was per-
forming; and Mr. Klemenhagen is servicing an additional pumping
station. The Committee recommends that the Council grant these
requests.
SAINT PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Mr. John M. Gran, Assistant Superintendent, requested mileage
for
James Lee, Asst. in Publications Office C -$10 Eff. Jan. 1,1963.
Mr. Lee will use his car in the performance of his duties. The
Committee recommends that the Council grant this request.
