Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the North and South alley in Block 1,
Como Park 2nd Addition, from Hatch Avenue to the East and West alley, and the East
and West alley from Chatsworth St. to Argyle St. - -all in Block 1, Como Park 2nd Addi
under Preliminary Order 197681 -,approved June 21, 1960
Intermediary Order 198283 approved August 2, 1960
Final Order 198681 , approved August 30, 1960
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same

and- found- then `saizf assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 27th
day of February, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the ' time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
