A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it `
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
. i
provement" ta,be made by the said City is to construct public sewer in Wheelock Parkway from
the north side of Wheelock Parkway to the south side of Wheelock Parkway and from
approximately 65 feet west of Abell Street to approximately 70 feet east of Abell
Street; all of which is to.be known as the WHEELOCK -ABELL SEWERSYSTEM
and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same•to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 208580

approved August 9th 1962 relative to constructing a public sewer in I
Wheelock Pkwy. from the north side of Wheelock Pkwy. to the south side of Wheelock Pkwy.
and from approximately 65 ft. west of Abell Street to approximately 70--ft.-past of Abe 111
Street; all of which is to be known as the WHEELOCK -ABELL SEWER SYSTEM I
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is 4,323.00 (See Letter Attached)
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof.
