RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and
Recreation and Public Buildings is authorized to enter
upon the premises described as Lot 12, Block 73, Dawson's
Earl Street Addition to Saint Paul, according to the recorded
plat thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also known as No. 1032 Sims Avenue, and
wreck and remove the two story frame single family dwelling
thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary for
the protection of life, limb-sland adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of January 7, 1963 a printed copy of Council File
No. 210573 was mailed to Francis E. and Betty Ann Young,
1164 East Seventh Street, Saint Paul, which resolution dir-
ected the wrecking and removal of the two story frame single
family dwelling on Lot,12, Block 73, Dawson's Earl Street
Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 1032 Sims Avenue, as
published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the dwelling thereon and to do any and all things there-
in necessary_ for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining
property.
