Gentlemen:
Under date of January 7, 1963 a printed copy of Council
File No.- 210572 was mailed to Francis E.-and Betty Ann
Young, 1164.East Seventh Street, Saint Paul 6, Minnesota,
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
one and one -half story single-family dwelling at 1587 Ross
Street, on the East 5 feet of West 60 feet of Part North
of said alley; and subject to Avenue, the East 40 feet of
Part South of alley adj. Seventh Street, Lot 8, Block 3,
Cruickshank's Garden Lots, as published in the official
paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property.
