Ellis, 618 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul 3, with a copy to George Price, 437 Fuller Avenue., which.resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the one story garage on Lot 16, Block 6, Mackubin & Marshall's Addition to St. Paul, also known as 437 Fuller Avenue, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the garage has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will author- ize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the garage there- on, and to do any and all things therein necessary, for the protec tion of life, limb, and adjoining property.
