RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and
Recreation and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon
the premises described as Lot 16, Block 6, Mackubin 6 Marshall's
Addition to St. Paul, according to the recorded plat thereof in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also known as 437 Fuller Avenue, and wreck and remove the
-one story garage thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of January 7, 1963, a printed copy of Council File No.
210571 was mailed to Louis C. Gerber, 437 Fuller Avenue, Saint
Paul 3 and Mr.- R. Ellis, 618 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul 3, with
a copy to George Price, 437 Fuller Avenue., which.resolution
directed the wrecking and removal of the one story garage on
Lot 16, Block 6, Mackubin & Marshall's Addition to St. Paul,
also known as 437 Fuller Avenue, as published in the official
paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the garage has not been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will author-
ize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings
to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the garage there-
on, and to do any and all things therein necessary, for the protec
tion of life, limb, and adjoining property.
