Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
changing the grade of alley, Block 1, J. F. Eisenmenger's Addition, from Sylvan Street
to Park Street, to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department
of Public Works, also grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 1,
J. F. Eisenmenger's Addition, from Sylvan Street- to.Park Street, to the proposed change
of grade
under Preliminary Order 201232 , approved March 16, 1961 ,t

Intermediary Order 202572 , approved June 13, 1961
Final Order 202934 , approved July 11, 1961
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said, assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 20th
day of February, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
