Neid, 478 Palace Avenue, St. Paul 2, last known owner, with a copy in care of 211 Colborne Street, St. Paul 2 and Fred Kueppers, Jr., Attorney, 1814 Hillcrest Avenue, St. Paul 16, which resolu- tion directed the wrecking and removal of the 1% story single family dwelling on Part lying Easterly of Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha RR Co. Right of Way of Lots 15 and 16, Block 28, Subdivision of Blocks 28 and 29, known as 478 Palace Avenue, St. Paul, as published in the offi- cial paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been removed.
