28 and 29 in Stinson, Brown.,and Ramseys Addition to Saint

of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,_Minnesota, also
known as No. 478 Palace Avenue, and wreck and remove the
one.and one -half story single family dwelling thereon,-and
to do any .and all things therein necessary for the protection
of life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of December 13, 1962 a printed copy of Council
File No. 210318 was mailed -to Anna -M. Neid, 478 Palace
Avenue, St. Paul 2, last known owner, with a copy in care
of 211 Colborne Street, St. Paul 2 and Fred Kueppers, Jr.,
Attorney, 1814 Hillcrest Avenue, St. Paul 16, which resolu-
tion directed the wrecking and removal of the 1% story
single family dwelling on Part lying Easterly of Chicago,
St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha RR Co. Right of Way of Lots
15 and 16, Block 28, Subdivision of Blocks 28 and 29, known
as 478 Palace Avenue, St. Paul, as published in the offi-
cial paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property.
