5 WHEREAS, the Departrnent of Saint Paul Planning & Economic Development (PED) applied to The
6 Saint Paul Foundation for a Lowertown Future Fund Grant to design, fabricate and install a sib for the
� new Indoor Farmers' Market, as part of the Farmers Market Flats mixed-use project, to be located at the
8 corner of Fifth and Wall 5treets; and
10 WHEREAS, a Lowertown Future Fund Grant of $8,000 was awarded to PED for such purpose;

t2 WHEREA5, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.Q71 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does hereby
13 certify the $8,000 in funds are available for appropriation in excess of those estimated in the 2007 budget
t4 and recommends the following changes to the 2007 budget:
