COMMISSIONER DATE
WHEREAS, Ralph Rapson and Ellerbe and Company
entered into a contract with the City of Saint Paul in
March 1957 for the designing and architectural work in
connection with the Civic Arts and Science Building; and
WHEREAS, the said Ralph Rapson has completed
his services under said contract and had performed extra
services in conferences and other work connected with site
selection, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay to said Ralph Rapson, in addition..-to sums
heretofore paid to himl,the sum of $17,610.50, subject to
the conditions of a release and severance of said agreement
between said Ralph Rapson and the City, approved by the City
Architect and the Corporation Counsel; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Corporation Counsel and
the City Architect are hereby instructed to enter into a
new agreement with Ellerbe and Company, adopting the modifica-
tions necessary for completion of the aforesaid work, said
agreement to be subjectlto the approval of the-city Council.
