CILIIRESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota,
by Chapter 736, Laws of Minnesota for 1963, approved May 16,
1963, provided for an additional Municipal Judge, necessitating
also additional personnel for the office of Clerk of Municipal
Court, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of Municipal Court be and
he is hereby authorized to employ the following additional
personnel who will be paid wages or salary appropriate with
the grade established by the provisions of the City Salary
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 6646, as amended:
