RESOLVED: That Restaurant and Cigarette licenses No. 6899, expiring July 1, 1963,
and issued to Elmer Caldwell at 678 Rondo Avenue, be and the same are
hereby revoked upon the recommendation of the Bureau of Police, because
of the arrest of Elmer Caldwell, licensee, and his conviction on the
charge of permitting consumption of liquor on the premises without the
proper license for consumption of liquor and being sentenced to 10 days,
serving 10 days.
