WHEREAS, the Chelsea Heights School PTA has contributed
to the Civil Defense Warning System and has received re-
imbursement of one - half of their contribution by Army
Finance Check #8,5+0,885 in the amount of $42.50; and,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul and the Director of
Civil Defense have no interest in the check and appear as
payees; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED Vhat the Director of Civil Defense and the
Commisftioner of Finance be authorized to endorse the above
named check for the City of St. Paul to the order of the
Chelsea Heights School PTA.
