RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of ' Saint
Paul hereby concurs in the action of the Hospital Facility
Building Commission at its regular business meeting held '
May 8, 1963 and in the action of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Ramsey County at its meeting on May 20, 1963,
concurring in-the action of said Hospital Facility Building
Commission, in approving the plans and specifications for
the Heating and Cooling Building of the new City - County
hospital complex, and the Council hereby approves, ratifies
and adopts said plans.
