RESOLVED, upon the recommendation and report of
the Commissioner of Public Works, that proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul, an agreement between the City of
Saint Paul and the Highway Department of the State of Minnesota,
being Agreement No. 53679, covering the construction af.:certain
storm sewer facilities 'in connection with Interstate Highway
No. 94 between Snelling Ave. and Farrington Ave. in the City
of Saint Paul, under which agreement the City will pay a
share of the Highway Department's sewer work in an amount
totaling an estimated $49,84.2.57, which sewer construction
will be of benefit to the City and less expensive to the City
than if undertaken separately from the Highway Department
project. A copy of said proposed agreement is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
