RESOLVED upon the report and recommendation of
the Commissioner U Public Works, that proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of
the City of Sair%t=Paul, an agreement between the City of Saint
Paul and the Highway Department of the State of•Minnesota
covering sanitary sewer relocations between Maekubin Avenue
and Farrington Street on�•Tnterstate Trunk Highway No. 94
being Agreement No. 53661, whereby the City will prepare a
plans and specifications and bid proposals, let contracts
and supervise the relocation and reconstruction of certain
sewers, with reimbursement from the State, all in accordance
with said agreement, a copy of which is attached'hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
