COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, upon the report and recommendation of the Com-
missioner of Public Works, that proper City officers are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, -an
agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Highway Department of
the State of Minnesota covering the construction and betterment of cer-
tain traffic control signals located within the City of Saint Paul on
trunk highway routes within the City Limits of Saint Paul, the afore-
said agreement contemplating the construction of said traffic control
signals and improvement thereof by City of Saint Paul forces or under
contract by the City of Saint Paul and reimbursement to the City of
Saint Paul by the Highway Department of the State of Minnesota to be in
such percentages and amounts as set forth in said agreement, all such
work and reimbursement to be in strict accordance with that certain
agreement, copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof by
reference. t.
