PRESENTED BY
COMMISSION
RESOLVED, that Sandy's Lexington, Inc., is granted, pursuant to
its application therefor, a permit to widen an existing 24-foot mutual
curb cut serving both the business premises of said applicant and the
adjacent Red Owl Store premises, to a width of 32 feet, incorporating a
32 -foot wide curb cut, subject to the inspection and to the satisfaction of
the Commissioner of Public Works, and subject further to compliance with
all applicable municipal ordinances and state statutes and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance, the aforesaid premises
of said applicant being described as the east 130 feet of Lot 36 lying west
of the west line of Lexington Parkway, except the north 111.6 feet, all
in.Hail--. &wBfokh's Addition to Hyde Park, situate on the west side of
Lexington Parkway•at Fuller Avenue, in Saint Paul.

Sandy's Drive —In
Dear Mr, Rosen:
A request has been made by Sandy's Drive —In, located on the
west side of Lexington Pkway at Fuller Ave., to widen an existing
24 ft, mutual curb cut serving both the drive —in and Red Owl Store
adjoining on the north. The request specifically asks to widen
said driveway 8 ft, on its south side resulting in a 32 ft, curb
cut.
The Traffic Engineer and Planning Board staffs have reviewed
this request and recommend the widening,
