maintain underground cable plant with associated laterals to inter-
secting streets and alleys.
Place underground plant on Summit Avenue from Rice Street
to Mississippi Boulevard. _
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner
of Public Works. The Telephone Company to pay for cost of publi-
cation hereto.
