RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Installation of an Access
Ladder to Elevator Penthouse at the Public Utilities Building, 100 East 10th
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to GLADSTONE IMPROVEMM COMPANY in accordance with
plan and
City /specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid +5362 of said
Gladstone Improvement Company for the contract price of $1,224.00, such bid being
the loz-rest and said Gladstone Improvement Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
