RESOLVED, That pursuant to Council File No. 210438, by
which resolution the Commissioner of Public Works was authorized
to investigate and preliminarily negotiate the possibility and
desirability of grading and surfacing Larpenteur Avenue from
Arcade Street to Parkway Drive, which preliminary negotiations
have now been completed, the proper City officials are hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with the Village of
Maplewood to effect the grading and surfacing of said Larpenteur
Avenue.
