The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the prelimin-
ary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 182506 approved
April 26th. 19 57 , relative to the restoration "of the sidewalk on
both sides of Louis St. from Marshall Ave. to Iglehart Ave. by constructing new side-
walk where necessary and by repairing where practical,
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
