of the Bureau• of Police, because of the arrest of Herman C. Griep, co- licensee
on the charge of sale of 3.2 malt beverage to a Ninth, being sent to court
thereon, pleading guilty thereto and sentenced to $100.00 fine or 10 days,
paying said fine.,
