Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a public sewer in Walsh Street from Jessamine Street to Cook Street; in
Cook Street from Walsh Street to Greenbrier Street; and in Greenbrier Street from Cook
Street to the north line of the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -gray, approximately
125 feet south of Wells Street; thence from the north line of the Northern Pacific
Railroad right-of-way to the south line of the Northern Pacific Railroad right•,of -way
in a 20 -foot wide easement, the center line of such easement being described as being
the center line of Greenbrier Street (north of the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of-
way) produced across the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -gray; all of which is to be
known as the "PAYNE AVE. RELIEF S&WER", Arlington Hills District, Sub - District No. 4
under Preliminary Order 194245 , approver? October 6. 1959
Intermediary Order 19.5983 , approvers Fehr,la= 93, 1 960 ,
Final Order 196350 , approved March 22, 1960
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all 'respects approved.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 12th
day of .Time, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall' Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
