Addition No. 1 and that part of Block 9, Furnesst Garden Lots lying easterly of
a line 40 ft. westerly of and parallel to the easterly line of Block 1, Lois
Addition No. 1 and the easterly line of Block 9, Furness' Garden Lots; also con -
demning'and taking an easement necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, including
the right of removal of lateral support from the above subject land or remainder
thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grad-
ing of the extended Curve St. from E. Iowa Ave. to Ruth St.

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the `land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, ,That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
nineteenth
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ......... __.twrlftlz .... day
