WHEREAS, on June 8, 1960 as authorized by C. F. No. 197495,
a Contract was awarded to James D. Wolff Co. for the construction
of the Battle Creek Sewer System Easterly Extension on Upper Afton
Road, Comptroller's Contract L- 6224, and the financing thereof,
now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that an additional amount is needed to finance
this project in the amount of $$2,766.70 and this amount is to be
charged to the City',s Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code
31E -1 (1963).
