COUN RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Saint Paul,
at its regular meeting May 7,;,1963, approved an "Option"
agreement for execution and delivery by the Board of Education
as grantor to the State of Minnesota as grantee, in connection
with S. P. 6282 and the use of certain lands in the construction
of Trunk Highway No. 94; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has asked the City to concur
in said action, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of_the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves and concurs in said action by the Board of Education
subject to the following provisions and reservations:
