RESOLVED, that prior Resolution of this Council;"
Council File No. 212495, approved May 1, 1963,
hereby is
amended, in the following particulars, to -wit;
that para-
graph 8 of the same hereby is amended to read
as follows:
"8. Said permittee shall furnish a bond to
the City of Saint Paul in the sum of $5,000, con-
ditioned to comply with all the terms of this
resolution and to indemnify and save harmless
said City from all liability, loss, judgments,
suits, costs, charges, and expenses that may ac-
crue to persons or property occasioned by the
making of the said improvements or any of the
same, or arising out of the same or any of the
same. Said permittee shall be obligated to ac-
cordingly fully indemnify and hold said City
harmless without limitation as to amount."
RESOLVED FURTHER, that it.,satisfactorily appears
that the aforesaid — amount of said surety bond in the sum
of $5,000, substituted in lieu of the original provision of
said prior Resolution for the furnishing of a surety bond
by the permittee thereunder to the City in the amount of
$10;0002 will suffice for the purpose to be served by the
prescription of the pertinent requirement for the furnish-
ing of such a surety bond, in the premises.
