An inspection has been completed of the two story dwelling
at 245 West Congress Street, Saint Paul 7, Minnesota, which
is described as East 1/2 of Charlton Street Vacated Adjoin -

ing and Lots 25 and 26, Block 199, Irvine's Addition to West
$t. Paul.
This is a frame two family dwelling approximately 48% by 27.•

It has been standing vacant since a fire destroyed more than
half of the interior some time ago. The wiring, plumbing,

chimney, roof, windows and frames and siding are all in sub-
standard condition. The building is an eyesore and dangerous
_
to life, limb, and adjoining property and should be, wrecked.
Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record
owner is Benedict A. Everling, 243 West Congress Street,
Saint Paul 7. Correspondence was directed also to Mrs. Theo -

dora Buchite, 235 West Congress Street, Saint Paul 7.{
We shall appreciate it if you will set a public hearing date
