Council 'r City of Saint Paul Gentlemen:= An inspection has been completed of the two story dwelling at 245 West Congress Street, Saint Paul 7, Minnesota, which is described as East 1/2 of Charlton Street Vacated Adjoin - :fir ing and Lots 25 and 26, Block 199, Irvine's Addition to West $t. Paul. This is a frame two family dwelling approximately 48% by 27.• - It has been standing vacant since a fire destroyed more than half of the interior some time ago. The wiring, plumbing, ',•. `# chimney, roof, windows and frames and siding are all in sub- standard condition. The building is an eyesore and dangerous _ to life, limb, and adjoining property and should be, wrecked. Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record owner is Benedict A. Everling, 243 West Congress Street, Saint Paul 7.
